- The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the fees paid to the Company in the preceding three (3) months

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms.
We are not responsible for availability, data handling, or policies of third-party services.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to services:
- For violation of these Terms
- For illegal or abusive use
- For security or compliance reasons
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Courts at Rajasthan, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
